At Sacramento Vending, we provide each new account with a comprehensive ‘menu’ of our products, allowing you to choose what you’d like to see in your machines. In some cases, we’ll stock the machines with popular items based on our extensive experience. We understand different demographics and preferences, but we’re always open to your suggestions. If you or your employees have a special request, simply let us know, and we’ll gladly special order it for you.
Is there a cost to my company for the vending equipment/service?
Sacramento Vending Services proudly offers our machines and service completely free of charge.
How often do you come by and fill up the machines?
We restock as often as needed, tailored to your size and volume. Most of our accounts are replenished at least once a week to ensure you always have fresh products.
Can we earn revenue from our vending machine sales?
Absolutely! Many of our locations receive a percentage of their sales back through our revenue-sharing program. Revenue sharing is customized for each account. Just ask us how you can get started.
What condition are the vending machines in?
Our vending machines are either new or near new and are always in excellent condition, ensuring reliability and customer satisfaction.
What is the procedure if someone loses money in the machines?
Occasionally, vending machines may take money without dispensing a product. If this happens, simply call us, and we’ll resolve the issue and provide a refund, most of the time, within 24 hours. Our route drivers are also authorized to issue refunds during their visits
If a machine has a problem how quickly do you respond to fix it?
We prioritize swift service and typically respond within four hours of being notified about an issue. Ensuring our customers’ satisfaction and keeping our vending machines operational is our top priority.
Can we request specific products?
Positively! You can request specific products through our website or by calling us directly. Our phone number is displayed on all our equipment. We aim to provide the products your employees want.
Is there a contract?
It depends on the account. Contracts are handled on a case-by-case basis to suit your specific needs.
How long does it take for delivery/installation and what is the process?
Once you give us the green light, we can have the machines delivered and installed within 14 days. If you have an existing vendor, it’s courteous to give them 14 days to remove their machines. If you need our machines sooner, we’ll do our best to accommodate. After setting an installation date, the entire process typically takes no more than four hours to complete.
What are your service days and hours?
We provide service 24/7. Our trucks start early each morning, and we have route technicians available around the clock. Our staff who restock your vending machines are also trained to repair them, ensuring that your machines are always up and running.
